Q: I'm not in the states that have your offices in, how can I send my products to Cambodia?

A: There's 3 practical ways: (1) you can buy products online and send to our address in Melbourne or other branches, then we will ship to Cambodia for you; (2) if you have bought products already, you need to post from your location to our address; (3) let us buy for you (but there has product-buying service fee).

Q: Does Australia Cambodia Express guarantee any loss caused during shipping?

A: Yes, up to 60% of product value guarantee.  If the products that are required to pay insurance, we will refund 100% of its value that declared to us.

Q: Can we communicate in Khmer language with Australia Cambodia Express customer support?

A: Yes. There are 3 languages available: Khmer, English, and Mandarin (Chinese).

Q: How can I pay for the products and shipping fees?

A: There are 3 ways to do the payment, (i) transfer to our bank accounts either in Cambodia or Australia, (ii) make payment via PayPal, (iii) or make payment via Wing

Q: What is the payment terms?

A: For shipping service only, you need to pay all shipping fee first before the product is shipped. For Buy + Shipping Service, first you need to deposit 50% of the total cost and fees, then pay the remaining balance when the product arrive our warehouse in Cambodia.
